We would like to inform our customers, suppliers, and partners that we began a phased return to work in September and are in stage 3 of our Business Continuity Plan. The decision was taken following the Governments advice to ‘Work from the Office Where Possible’. As a result, we conducted a full office risk assessment and introduced the necessary measures to keep staff safe while at work.

In light of the latest Government advice to ‘Work from Home Where Possible’ we have consulted employees and will remain in Stage 3 ‘Phased Return to Work’. This means that we have some staff at home and some in the office to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. We remain flexible to change and have planned for a second lockdown both locally and nationally and will inform you should we return to stage 2 ‘Home Working’.

Throughout the pandemic Dyce Energy has lost only 24 hours of phone lines being down and have remained open for business online via live chat and email. We want to thank all our employees, suppliers and customers for their support and understanding throughout this difficult time.
