Contract Administrator

Summary of the role

To Commence: October 2021
Reporting to: Sales Team Leader
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Head Office in Rotherham
Salary: DOE + Benefits
Working hours: : 09:00 – 17:00 (30 Minute Lunch)
Holiday Allowance: 25 + Bank Holidays

Overview

We are looking for an exceptional individual to support our continued growth strategy and further enhance our excellent sales. The successful candidate must be competent working on Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will build rapport with our partners and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will have a sense of urgency, and understand the importance for outstanding service and quality, in line with our company values.

Responsibilities

  • Quality checking submitted contracts
  • Uploading new contracts to CRM
  • Credit checking new accounts
  • Setting up customer Direct Debits
  • Handling inbound customer calls and providing customer support
  • Answering general Partner queries via telephone and email
  • Identify new sales opportunities via change of tenancy requests
  • Contact customers that are due for renewal and arrange new prices to be sent to them
  • Building relationships with clients
