Ignore the digits in red.
Your account number should be in the top right-hand corner of your energy bill on the first page – it’s also available in Your Energy Online, your dedicated online account.
You can locate your Meter Point Reference Number (gas) or Meter Point Administration Number (electric) on your energy bill.
It’s usually on the second page of the bill and you may have more than one meter per bill.
