Deemed Rates Are Higher Than Standard Contracted Rates But Are Usually Lower Than Regular Out-Of-Contract Rates.
You Are Placed On Deemed Rates When You Move Into A New Premise Without Agreeing To A New Contract. You Will Remain On These Rates Until You Either Negotiate A New Contract With The Current Supplier Or Choose To Switch To Another Supplier.
